How long can I try BookinX?
30 days with the full Pro plan. You choose your plan when you sign up, monthly or for 12 months.
How much does BookinX cost?
Basic €5, Advanced €9, Pro €13 per licence and month, excl. VAT. Pay annually in advance and save 10%.
What is a licence?
A licence covers one person in your team who offers appointments.
Which calendars are synced?
Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft 365, Google Calendar and Apple iCloud Calendar.
What happens if the calendar cannot be reached?
BookinX then offers no times instead of possibly busy ones, and reports it in the overview.
Do my clients get a meeting link?
Yes, automatically for online appointments, via Jitsi or Microsoft Teams. The link is in the confirmation and the calendar entry.
Where is my data stored?
On our servers in Austria. Details are in the privacy policy and the DPA.
Is BookinX part of Xorbit?
BookinX is the appointment booking of the Xorbit product family and can be used on its own.
